Dr. Simon is Director of Primary Care Sports Medicine at Loma Linda University. She is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine, The American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, and the American Academy of Family Physicians, Board Certified in Family Medicine with Certificates of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine and Adolescent Medicine. Dr. Simon is a Professor of Family Medicine at Loma Linda University and Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at the University of California, Riverside, teaches medical students and physicians primary care and sports medicine, lectures at the state and national level on numerous sports medicine and primary care topics, educates physicians about acute and chronic pain management in athletes and non-athletes and discusses the use of cannabinoids for pain management and mood disorders. In California, she serves as Team physician for the University of California, Riverside, the University of Redlands and Redlands High School. In addition to caring for student-athletes, Dr. Simon provides medical care for recreational, elite and professional athletes. Dr. Simon serves a diverse patient population and is actively involved in the community helping people of all ages and abilities to live healthier lives.
